Odds say Ravens will face Saints in Super Bowl LIV
It’s becoming all too apparent the Baltimore Ravens are kings of the AFC and seem destined for a Super Bowl run in the 2019 season.
In the latest Name the Finalist odds, the Ravens are in the top three options for potential team matchups in Super Bowl LIX, with the Saints, 49ers and Seahawks representing the NFC squads with the lowest odds to reach the championship game on February 2.

After watching last nights performance it is clear that Lamar Jackson is unstoppable. The only person that can stop him is himself. If he can find a way to protect himself more and not take big shots, the Ravens will win the Super Bowl 🙌🏾

While the Ravens possess the current No. 1 seed in their conference, the battle for top spot in the NFC is far more intense. The 49ers, Saints and Seahawks swapped places as the projected No. 1 seed between Week 13 and Week 15, and there's still plenty of time for it all to change.
With the NFL postseason set to kick off January 4, let’s break down which teams are mostly likely to square off in the Super Bowl and the best bet for BetAmerica's Name the Finalist prop.
The Seahawks rank 10th in passing and third in rushing, but the defense is 29th against the pass (271 opponent yards per game) and 15th against the run (107.3 opponent YPG).
Wilson may be able to push his team to the divisional round or conference championship, but Seattle's stop unit will probably keep the team from a trip to Miami.
The Niners rank second in rushing yards per game (147) and 13th in passing, plus their pass defense is No. 1 in the league. They struggle some to stop the run, but so far this season, San Francisco has looked like a sure-fire Super Bowl contender.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Seattle Seahawks (+700)
Seattle is the projected No. 1 seed in the NFC but just the sixth choice to win the Super Bowl (+800). Quarterback Russell Wilson has garnered attention as an MVP candidate for carrying his team to prominence, despite injuries to the offense and poor play from the secondary. However, this Seahawks bunch is far from the caliber of Seattle's Super Bowl-winning roster in 2013.The Seahawks rank 10th in passing and third in rushing, but the defense is 29th against the pass (271 opponent yards per game) and 15th against the run (107.3 opponent YPG).

Baltimore Ravens vs. San Francisco 49ers (+600)
The San Francisco 49ers achieved an 8-0 start but have since fallen to the Seahawks, 27-24 in overtime, the Ravens, 20-17, and the Falcons, 29-22. The Niners hold the projected fifth seed and may be able to climb back up the NFC standings if they can defeat the Los Angeles Rams and Seahawks in Week 16 and Week 17.The Niners rank second in rushing yards per game (147) and 13th in passing, plus their pass defense is No. 1 in the league. They struggle some to stop the run, but so far this season, San Francisco has looked like a sure-fire Super Bowl contender.
The 49ers were the first team in NFL history to play three straight games against teams with an .800 or better winning % this late in the season in the Super Bowl era.

2. Lost on last-second FG to Ravens

Baltimore Ravens vs. New Orleans Saints (+470)
New Orleans’ Super Bowl campaign last season came crashing down because of a missed pass-interference call in the NFC Championship Game. The Saints are back with vengeance on their mind and primed to roll through any team that tries to stand in their way.The 11-3 Saints are the second choice to win the Super Bowl (+500) and boast +470 odds to meet the Ravens in the title game. They feature the No. 7 passing offense, a middling rushing attack (108.6 YPG) and the No. 4 run defense in the league.
The secondary is one of the Saints’ weaknesses, but an experienced quarterback in Drew Brees, and weapons like Michael Thomas and Alvin Kamara, make the Saints an enticing Super Bowl pick.
Other Super Bowl matchup odds
The New England Patriots vs. the Saints (+900) and the Patriots vs. the 49ers (+1200) matchups are two other Super Bowl combinations with higher odds. The Patriots have appeared in four of the last five Super Bowls and won two of the last three. They may not look as impressive in 2019, especially on offense, but Bill Belichick is one of the winningest coaches in the history of the NFL and can’t be counted out in the postseason.
The Chiefs are also an attractive pick, as Kansas City has already beaten Baltimore in the regular season. The Chiefs vs. Saints carry +1350 odds, while the Chiefs vs. 49ers and Chiefs vs. Seahawks come in at +1700 and +2000, respectively.
There are plenty of teams in both conferences capable of earning a spot in Super Bowl LIV, and the postseason is sure to present thrilling finishes and earth-shattering upsets. Still, if you had to pick a franchise from the AFC to blow past the competition and ascend to the top, your best chances are backing Lamar Jackson and the red-hot Ravens.
