Locks of the Week
Scott: Patriots -3.5 The Patriots did not look like themselves on defense in their loss on Sunday night in Houston, but I expect them to bounce back in a big way in their home contest against Kansas City. Look for the Pats to run the ball early and often against a suspect Chiefs rush defense that looked great off the bye week but faces a much different foe than the slumping Raiders in Week 14. Lay the points with New England.Adam: Titans -2.5 Tennessee has won five of six since installing Ryan Tannehill at QB. He's been a perfect complement to Derrick Henry and the Titans are averaging 36 points per game over the last three weeks. The Raiders are 6-6 and in the AFC playoff mix, but they're not playing like it, losing to the Jets and Chiefs the last two weeks by a combined 74-12. Tennessee's defense, which ranks 10th against the run, matches up well against the Raiders' strength.
Rohit: Dolphins +5.5 Don't look now but Miami is 6-2 ATS since Ryan Fitzpatrick took back the starting QB job from Josh Rosen in Week 6, and they're 3-2 SU in their last five games. The Jets are coming off an embarrassing 22-6 loss against previously winless Cincinnati and will likely be without their best defensive player in Jamal Adams while Sam Darnold is banged up as well (although expected to play). 5.5 points is too much to lay with a bad Jets team against a divisional rival.
Ben: Ravens vs. Bills (Under 43.5) I am going back to a total for my lock this week and I have my eyes on the Ravens vs. Bills. Both of these defenses are on a roll and the weather in Buffalo is always questionable. Statschecker shows us that the under is 9-3 in Bills games, and their defense should be able to keep the Ravens within reach in this one.
