Stefan Frei has been brilliant for Seattle
The Sounders are in MLS Cup after upsetting Supporters’ Shield winners LAFC on the road. Their defense has emerged as a lifesaver, with Stefan Frei performing brilliantly in goal. Their star attackers, Raul Ruidiaz, Nicolas Lodeiro, and Jordan Morris, have put the team on their backs, but it’s going to take everything to win it all in front of their home crowd.999 @MLS Saves. 1 Stefan Frei.@Stefan24Frei is Built for This ➡️ https://t.co/rx3UEVxftd pic.twitter.com/4JSEA8lmaO

The key will be in the middle, where Cristian Roldan will be called upon to help with possession as well as create lanes for their attackers to flourish. If Seattle wins the middle and keeps playing terrific defense, they could have the edge.
Alejandro Pozuelo and Nick DeLeon have stepped up for Toronto
Toronto FC shouldn’t be in this match, but their determination and grit on the road against NYCFC and Atlanta United, the top two seeds in the East, have put them on the brink of a second MLS Cup title in three seasons. They’ve done it with inspiring play from guys like Alejandro Pozuelo and Nick DeLeon. They could be bolstered with the return of Jozy Altidore, who has been injured throughout the run, but was back on the training field on Monday.Toronto FC's Jozy Altidore on the chance he plays a part in Sunday's #MLSCup final against the Seattle Sounders: "At this point it would take a little bit of a miracle to be out there on Sunday." #TFCLive

For Toronto to win another MLS Cup, they’re going to have to continue to be solid in the middle and clear any garbage out of their defensive end. Michael Bradley will need to continue to lead and have guys like Marky Delgado and defenders Justin Morrow and Laurent Ciman hold it down in the back.
Prediction: Toronto FC
This is the rubber match fans didn’t expect to happen, and this time it will happen in front of 69,000 people in Seattle. In the end, just like 2016, the visitors will spoil the party. Toronto will win 2-1 (+1275), and Canada will once again be the home of the MLS Cup champions.Opt in today to get a risk-free bet up to $1,000 from BetAmerica!
