TwinSpires, the Churchill Downs Incorporated-owned online wagering platform for horse racing and sports, is excited to launch its online sports betting app and desktop product in Arizona today in partnership with the Tonto Apache Tribe, owner and operator of the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino.
The partnership is also celebrating the opening of a retail sportsbook at the Mazatzal Hotel & Casino.
