Former MLB pitcher Glendon Rusch joins BetAmerica team
Former MLB pitcher Glendon Rusch has joined BetAmerica’s growing stable of celebrity sports analysts and handicappers.
Rusch, who was a member of the New York Mets’ National League Championship team in 2000, also pitched for the Kansas City Royals, Chicago Cubs, Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, and Colorado Rockies during a celebrated 12-year major league career.
Rusch will make regular appearances on BetAmerica’s social media channels with baseball-related interviews, news, views and wagering information.
Rusch will also spearhead BetAmerica’s latest free-to-play game, Beat The Rusch, where players across the country can take on Glendon to win daily and weekly cash prizes.
"I’m so excited the 2020 MLB season is finally underway, and I’m looking forward to providing plenty of insights and winning picks to BetAmerica’s baseball fans," said Rusch.
"We’re thrilled to have Rusch join the team and with his knowledge and big game experience, we’re confident he’ll knock it out of the park," said BetAmerica VP Marketing and Online Gaming, Sean Phinney.
Rusch joins a growing list of BetAmerica ambassadors, including the popular NBA podcasting quartet of Tas Melas, Leigh Ellis, Trey Kerby, and J.E. Skeets.
BetAmerica currently operates online sportsbooks in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Indiana, and freeplay games across the United States.
