Tim Tebow prop picks for the 2021 NFL season
It’s easy to want Tim Tebow to succeed at the next level. “Tebowmania” ran wild after he was drafted by the Denver Broncos, crafted a series of miraculous fourth-quarter comebacks, and even led his squad to a win in a playoff game from 2010 to 2011.

However, the Tebow experiment ended almost as quickly as it began. He’s been out of the league for almost a decade, and spent time playing minor league baseball and being an ESPN personality. But now the Heisman Trophy winner is back on the gridiron, having signed a deal with the Urban Meyer-led Jacksonville Jaguars. Tebow and Meyer worked together famously at Florida, where they won the National Championship in 2006 and 2008.
This Tim Tebow speech in 2008 was LEGENDARY.

Tebow won’t play quarterback for the Jaguars, however. He’s transitioning to tight end, and we at TwinSpires have some prop bets up on his production for the coming season. His Over/Under for receiving yards is 12.5, and his touchdown total is 0.5, with all bets to stand regardless of whether or not he makes any regular season appearances.
Bettors should be bearish on Tebow
One can want Tim Tebow to succeed, while also realizing it’s not likely. It takes a special player to change positions when going from the college game to the NFL, but it’s not nearly as uncommon as it sounds.
This, however, is something totally different. This is a player who made the NFL at one position, went and did something else for a long time, and is trying to come back at another position with different responsibilities. I don’t think Tebow makes the team out of camp. If I’m wrong, I’ll be happy about it. Tebow approaches the game the right way, he’d be a heck of a story, and it would add even more intrigue to a team led by a first-year coach and a first-year quarterback in No. 1 overall pick Trevor Lawrence.

As it stands right now, though, give me the “Under” on every play regarding Tebow. The odds aren’t sexy, but I just cannot see Tebow either making the team or seeing the field.
THE PLAYS: Under 12.5 receiving yards (-159), Under 0.5 touchdowns (-305)
