The strangest offseason in NFL history got a little more surreal on March 20, when Tom Brady signed a two-year, $50 million deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It was a move that few some coming.

Brady is, after all, a three-time NFL MVP who led the Patriots to 17 AFC East championships, nine conference championships, and six Super Bowl titles during his 20 years in New England. And the Bucs are, well, the Bucs. Tampa Bay has only finished above .500 once since 2011 and is notorious for dressing its players like giant creamsicles during its first 20 years in the league.

Fans will get to see Brady take his first official snap as a Buccaneer on Sunday when Tampa Bay tangles with the New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. It may only be Week 1, but it’s easily one of the most anticipated games of the season as Brady will face fellow living legend Drew Brees. The two QBs rank 1-2 in career passing yards and are among the most decorated players to ever set foot on the gridiron.
