The ultimate NFL playoffs quiz
The 2020 NFL Playoffs kick off tomorrow with Wild Card Weekend, featuring a packed schedule of six games on Saturday and Sunday.
For the first time since 2002, the No. 6 seed Cleveland Browns will see the postseason, while the second-seeded Bills will seek their first playoff win since 1995.
In addition to those two franchises looking to experience postseason glory after an incredibly long wait, the No. 3 seed Pittsburgh Steelers will begin their quest for a record-setting seventh Super Bowl title.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who turned 38 in March, will guide his team against Cleveland on Sunday. He will represent the fourth-oldest quarterback in this year's playoffs, behind 39-year-old Philip Rivers (Indianapolis), 41-year-old Drew Brees (New Orleans), and 43-year-old Tom Brady (Tampa Bay).
In Saturday's matchup against Washington, Brady will become the oldest quarterback to start a playoff game, in addition to setting a handful of other noteworthy records.
The first-year Buccaneers signal-caller will appear in his 42nd career postseason game, the most of any player all time, and will make his 42nd career start, also a record. Brady's former teammate, kicker Adam Vinatieri, is second all-time in playoff appearances (32), while San Francisco 49ers receiver Jerry Rice is third, with 29 games played.
Brady has also won a record 30 playoff games, has completed the most passes (1,025) of any quarterback in the postseason, and has thrown for the most yards (11,388) and touchdown passes (73).
The four-time Super Bowl MVP will also make another type of rare history, for him, this weekend. As the No. 5 seed, he will play his first wild-card game on the road in his 21-year career. With the New England Patriots, Brady played in the wild-card round four times, but as the home team each time.
Think you know the other major milestones Brady has hit throughout the playoffs, along with the top players, coaches, teams, and plays in postseason history?
