Seahawks vs. Eagles: The best betting props for MNF
Week 12 of the NFL season finishes up with a matchup of two NFC playoff hopefuls as the Seattle Seahawks travel to Philadelphia to face the Eagles.
The Seahawks have lost three of their past five games, but are coming off a big divisional win over the Cardinals. Meanwhile, the Eagles have lost two consecutive games and need a win to stay in contention in the NFC East.
Here are the three best betting props for the Week 12 Monday Night Football showdown between the Seahawks and Eagles.
Travis Fulgham receiving yards
The second year wide receiver out of Old Dominion has come out of nowhere this season to become a top passing target for the Eagles. After seeing only three targets in all of 2019 for the Detroit Lions, Fulgham has stepped up for an injury ridden wide receiver position group in Philadelphia. He leads the team with 56 targets, despite not seeing game action until Week 4.
Despite missing the first 3 games of the year, Fulgham is on pace for 78 catches for 1,230 yards and 13 touchdowns. đź‘€#Eagles pic.twitter.com/gQKhysDboM

The past two games have been rough for Fulgham, as he only managed one catch for eight yards in both games. However, he still saw a combined 12 targets in those two games, and now he gets to face a bad Seattle secondary. The Seahawks have allowed a league worst 3,437 passing yards this season (343.7 yards per game).
Only the Miami Dolphins failed to get multiple receivers over 50 receiving yards against the Seahawks. Every other team had at least two receivers hit the 50-yard mark, and several had at least three receivers reach this mark. Fulgham will likely be heavily targeted and I just cannot see him failing to reach this number.
Pick: Over 50.5 receiving yards (-115)
Russell Wilson rushing yards
Let Russ cook indeed! Wilson is on pace for nearly 580 pass attempts this season, which is 34 more attempts than the career-high number he set in 2016. However, that does not mean he is not running the football too. He is also on pace for 88 rushing attempts and 588 rushing yards, which is the second most rushing yards of his career.
This number currently sits at 27.5 rushing yards. Wilson has surpassed that number in six of his 10 games this season. The Eagles have one of the worst rushing defenses in the league. They allow 31.5 rushing attempts for 133.4 yards per game. Wilson accounts for 22% of the Seahawks rushing attempts and 30% of the team’s rushing yards. If averages hold on both sides, you are looking at seven attempts for 40 yards.
The Eagles have also faced two similar mobile quarterbacks in Daniel Jones and Lamar Jackson and allowed each of them to go well over this number in each of their three games.
Pick: Over 27.5 rushing yards (-110)
To score two or more touchdowns
This is always a longshot wager, but sometimes you can find good value against certain teams. The Eagles are one of those teams. They have allowed one player to score two or more touchdowns in five of their 10 games this season.
The two obvious choices are DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett as they have nine and eight touchdowns respectively on the season. When you look at the type of players that score multiple touchdowns against the Eagles, they are usually larger receiving targets (Chase Claypool, Tyler Higbee, and Tee Higgins). Metcalf already has two games this season with multiple touchdowns and I like him to do so again in this one.
