Deshaun Watson (+1100) will likely have to throw early and often to keep his Houston Texans involved in their Week 17 meeting with the Tennessee Titans and their dynamic offense. Lowest-scoring team
The Cincinnati Bengals (+550) make a solid case as favorites for fewest team points on Sunday, as their 27th-rated scoring offense (20.5 points per game) meets the Baltimore Ravens’ fourth-ranked scoring defense (20.0 points allowed per game). The Steelers are resting their regulars against the Cleveland Browns this Sunday, including quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Pittsburgh was toiling on offense with their starters in, exceeding 20 points in only one of their last five games. With Mason Rudolph under center and the Browns hungry for their first postseason berth since 2002, the Steelers should struggle to score throughout.
