NFL Week 12: Titans vs. Colts odds, preview, and pick
In a rematch of Week 9’s Thursday night showdown, the Tennessee Titans (7-3) will visit the Indianapolis Colts (7-3) at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday afternoon (1:00 p.m. ET, CBS). The Colts beat their AFC South rival handily at Nissan Stadium that evening, 34-17. Can the Titans turn the tables? Here’s our wagering preview.
The Colts enter Sunday with more momentum
The Colts have won four of their last five games, coming out on top 34-31 in a Week 11 overtime thriller against the Green Bay Packers.

The Titans have dropped three of their last five games, posting victories over a pair of scuffling teams in the Chicago Bears and Baltimore Ravens, respectively.
Rivers should outduel Tannehill
Indianapolis ranks 10th in passing offense this season (264.2 yards per game), while Tennessee is a lackluster 23rd (228.3 yards per game).
Colts quarterback Philip Rivers has looked sharp over his last five games, posting a 10:3 touchdown-interception ratio while tallying 291.2 yards per game through the air.

Indy boasts the better defense
The Colts’ defense has been among the elite units in the NFL all year long, while the Titans’ stoppers have relied on running back Derrick Henry to bail them out all too often in 2020.
Indy’s stoppers rank fifth in points allowed per game (20.8) as well as yards allowed per play (5.0), while Tennessee ranks 18th in both points allowed per game (25.9) and yards allowed per play (5.7).
Injury report no cause for alarm…yet
Nine players did not practice for the Colts on Wednesday, including defensive tackle DeForest Buckner, who was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Rivers (toe), who has missed two straight practices, is fully expected to play on Sunday.
Titans wide-out A.J. Brown sat out of both Wednesday’s and Thursday’s practice as he continues to nurse a knee injury.
Trends suggest Colts are the wiser wager
The Colts are 6-2 against the spread in their last eight games as the betting favorite, with a 14-5 spread record against teams over the .500 mark. Indy has also covered in eight of its last 11 games played against division opponents.
The Titans have dropped four of their last five road games against the spread.
Score prediction: Colts 31, Titans 23
NFL pick: Colts -3
