Most Field Goals Made in a Game Throughout NFL History
On Oct. 15 of the 2023 NFL season, Baltimore Ravens placekicker Justin Tucker — arguably the greatest kicker in NFL history — successfully converted on six field-goal attempts in a 24-16 Week 6 victory over the Tennessee Titans.
More than two months later, on New Year's Eve, Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker matched Tucker's season high with six field goals made in a 25-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, in which Butker was responsible for the final 18 points of the game.
Both Tucker and Butker currently sit in a multi-way tie for 11th on the all-time list for most field goals made in an NFL matchup. While six in one outing is a lot, there are 10 players who have successfully kicked more field goals in a single NFL contest.
Below YouBet outlines the list of players who have made the most field goals in a game throughout NFL history, with the late Rob Bironas sitting atop the group for nearly two decades now.

Most field goals made in an NFL game: Rob Bironas (8)
Longtime Tennessee Titans kicker Rob Bironas etched his name in NFL history on Oct. 21, 2007, when the All-Pro placekicker nailed eight field goals in a 38-36 victory over the Houston Texans.
Bironas recorded the first three points of the contest with a 52-yard field goal with 12:30 to go in the first quarter and proceeded to tie the record for most field goals made in a single half (five). He also sank a 29-yard field goal as time expired in regulation to seal a win for the Titans.
In addition to his eight field goals, Bironas hit two extra-point attempts, securing the NFL record for most points scored in a game without a touchdown (26). The only other points for the Titans came on a one-yard rushing touchdown by LenDale White in the second quarter and a four-yard rushing touchdown by Chris Henry near the end of the third quarter.
Bironas was later named AFC Player of the Month for October, as he made 13 of 14 field goals (92.9%) and all six extra-point attempts for the month, helping the Titans to a 3-1 record during that time period. He contributed 45 of Tennessee's 81 points in October as well.
