Monday Night Football betting tips: Ravens can't contain Tyreek Hill
We are in for a feast of football tonight in the NFL as the reigning Super Bowl champs take on a team that is looking to extend its regular season winning streak to 15. 2018 MVP Patrick Mahomes goes up against 2019 MVP Lamar Jackson. Mahomes led the Chiefs to a Super Bowl last year for the first time in almost half a century. While Jackson guided the Ravens to a 14-2 regular season record before getting derailed by the Titans.
The stage has been set and football fans across the country have been eagerly awaiting this fixture for a long, long time. The Ravens are the 3.5 favourites in Baltimore and the points line is set at 54, which gives you a good idea of just how electric this match could turn out to be.
BOOM: Marquise Brown (Over 50.5 receiving yards -115)
The game plan didn’t go Brown’s way in Week 2 as Baltimore dictated the early going against the Texans and leant on the run game. When Jackson did throw, he was going short, completing just two passes of more than 15 yards.
Things should be a whole lot different tonight as the Ravens try and keep pace with the Chiefs' high scoring offense.
The @Ravens are going Hollywood!

Brown leads the Ravens in targets, with 12 in the opening two weeks, and he’s turned those into 10 receptions for 143 yards. I’m expecting Jackson will throw more on Monday than he has so far this season and "Hollywood" will be the one who will benefit most.
BUST: Clyde Edwards-Helaire (Under 64.5 rushing yards -115)
The Fresh Prince of Helaire (hoping this nickname will stick) came back down to earth in Week 2. After gobbling up 25 rushing attempts for 138 yards in the season opener against the Texans, Clyde Edwards-Helaire managed just 38 yards from 10 rushing attempts as Patrick Mahomes took to the skies.
The Ravens can boast one of the stingiest run defences in the league, and although that may be slightly impacted by the fact that both games they have played the opposition has gone behind early – they still have the tools to make life uncomfortable for the Chiefs lead running back.

While Edwards-Helaire may see more joy in the passing game, I can only see him getting between 10 and 12 rushing attempts on Monday and therefore the line looks too high.
BOOM: Tyreek Hill (Over 68.5 receiving yards -115)
The beauty of Hill is that he may only need one play to win this bet for you. His big-time ability and constant deep threat always make him a danger as he proved in Week 2, with a 54-yard TD in the fourth quarter.
Alongside Travis Kelce, Hill is the go-to guy for Mahomes and has 17 targets through two games this season, catching 10 balls at an average of 14.5 yards per catch. While the Baltimore defence is strong against the pass, they lost their slot cornerback, Tavon Young, in Week 2 to an ACL injury, and Hill has been spending more time in the slot over the last two weeks.

Hill is one of the NFL’s elite deep threats, and if the Chiefs do fall behind in Baltimore, Mahomes will be looking his way. Hill didn’t face the Ravens last season, but he torched them for 139 yards in 2018 and can beat this line tonight.
BOOM: Mark Andrews (Over 54.5 receiving yards -115)
I’ve touched on how much I like Hollywood Brown already tonight and I’m backing it up with Mark Andrews having a monster game as well. In fact, both he and Travis Kelce can expect a lot of action in this heavyweight clash, and I wouldn’t put you off backing both tight ends to go Over their projected lines.
But I’ve settled on Andrews for the sake of this column after the Chiefs' showing in Week 2. Justin Herbert was making his first career start for the Chargers and their tight end, Hunter Henry, managed six catches for 83 yards in Week 2, which suggests Andrews could be in for a productive night.
The lack of targets is a concern – he’s had just nine come his way through two weeks – and he managed just one catch in Week 2, but this can be accredited to the Ravens taking early leads and controlling the game.

Monday should be a different story and Andrews can feast on a vulnerable Chiefs defense.
