Five games to watch during the NFL preseason
The NFL preseason kicks off Aug. 1. Here are some of the more interesting matchups.
Denver Broncos vs. Atlanta Falcons, Aug. 1
Both teams participating in the annual Hall of Fame game are borderline playoff squads, so it will be interesting to see if their young talent plays well.Washington Redskins at Cleveland Browns, Aug. 8
The Browns are favored to win the AFC North, and this will be our first look at the team with Odell Beckham Jr. on the squad. Washington might start first-round draft pick Dwayne Haskins in the first preseason game. He should get a few reps under center if he isn't injured.Los Angeles Chargers at Arizona Cardinals, Aug. 8
The Chargers are Super Bowl contenders again, and it will be interesting to see if there is improvement on defense and the offensive line.
