Eagles vs. Giants: NFL Week 12 betting odds, preview, and pick
The red-hot Philadelphia Eagles travel to New York on Sunday to face off with the struggling Giants.
Let's examine this NFC East matchup, beginning with the latest betting odds.
Sirianni seems to have found the right formula
After a terrible 2-5 start to the season, the Eagles have won three of their last four games and looked impressive in all four.
Head coach Nick Sirianni received heavy criticism for his lack of use of the running game, but that seems to no longer be an issue.
In the past four games, the Eagles have averaged 217.5 rushing yards per contest. They now rank second in the league in rushing yards and third in the league in rushing attempts.
This improvement has also shown results on the scoreboard, as they have averaged 34.5 points per game after averaging 22.7 points in the previous seven games.

The improved usage of the run game also comes with the return of Miles Sanders from injury and right as the Eagles prepare for a playoff run.
In their final six games of the season, five of those are divisional matchups. They not only are right in the mix for a Wild Card spot, but also can still win the NFC East.
Giants offense is broken
Even with the injuries, there is no lack of talent on offense for the Giants. However, they cannot seem to put it together to put points on the board.
In the past week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Giants got back Darius Slayton, Kenny Golladay, and Saquon Barkley, and yet they only managed to score 10 points. Seven of those points came after an interception put them on Tampa Bay's 5-yard line.
The Giants rank 25th in points per game, 23rd in yards per game, 19th in passing offense, and 25th in rushing offense.
Daniel Jones is only averaging 222.6 yards per game through the air and has only nine touchdowns to seven interceptions.
Barkley is averaging a dismal 36.7 yards per game and 3.7 yards per carry, which is way down from his career average of 69.3 yards per game and 4.6 yards per attempt.

There is way too much pressure on the defense to force turnovers and come up with clutch stops.
The offense must be able to move the ball and hold on to it for the Giants to have any chance against the Eagles' revamped run game.

Eagles and Giants betting trends
- Eagles are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 meetings in New York
- The road team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings between these teams
- Eagles are 4-0 ATS in their last four vs. NFC teams
- Giants are 6-16 ATS in their last 22 games as a home underdog
- The Over is 8-1 in the last nine meetings in New York
- The Under is 7-0-1 in the Giants' last eight games as a home underdog
Tale of two teams
The Eagles are constantly improving on both offense and defense, while the Giants seem to be going in the opposite direction on both sides of the ball.
The Giants have the 22nd-ranked rushing defense and have allowed more than 100 rushing yards in five of their past seven.
Philadelphia does an excellent job of limiting its turnovers, as it has never had a game with more than two turnovers and has five games with no turnovers.
If the Eagles continue to limit their turnovers in this one, they should have no problem getting a big road win in the division.
