NASCAR: Kyle Larson the pick for Consumers Energy 400
The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series heads to the Irish Hills of Michigan for the Consumers Energy 400 at Michigan International Speedway on Sunday. The two-mile oval will put on a show with the 2019 race rules package, just as it did back in June.
Joey Logano, for the most part, dominated June's race and claimed the checkered flag. After he started on the pole, the Ford Penske driver led 163 laps of the 203-lap event to score the victory. Such numbers could warrant a playback bet on the Logano, however, this Sunday we will be looking elsewhere.

New downforce package will play a big role in Sunday's race
The new 2019 downforce package provides many options for the gambler. Logano dominated on this very track in June, but he was never able to break away from the competition. The rules package kept other drivers close to his rear bumper, which means, in order to pick the winner of Sunday's race, you're going to need a little luck. The best car can easily lose this race because of the rules package. The key to making a good wager this weekend is to play good odds on drivers who can sit close all race long. My favorite of them all will be Kyle Larson.
Larson has dominated at Michigan
In his last six races at Michigan, Larson has three wins. In the last six Cup series races, Larson has brought home three top-five finishes. You could make the case that, out of all the tracks on the Cup series circuit, this is his best track.Larson currently sits at +1800 here at BetAmerica. If he can sit close all race long and gather track position late, there's no reason he can't score at very good odds. Larson has the ability to adapt to the track changing better than anyone. This will give him options to move his car around and break away from the "dirty" air. I will bet Kyle Larson to win and in all matchups Sunday.
