Though Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje have main-event honors in UFC 249, the entire event is stacked with action. A returning legend, a surging heavyweight, and a banger between highlight-reel brawlers make up the undercard.

Though Cruz has been out of the ring for three years, it’s hard to believe he has worked this hard to come back just to take a beating. Cruz holds an advantage in height, reach, and experience, and he strikes at odd angles and can handle himself on the mat.
Though Cejudo will make it rough and might come close to stopping it, Cruz should eke this out for one last hurrah with the title.

Rozenstruik isn’t fooling anyone with his undefeated record. He can punch, but he is going to be blasted by Ngannou.
There are levels to this game, and Rozenstruik is still developing, whereas Ngannou is doing everything he can to get another shot at a title.
Expect Ngannou’s speed to be the difference. He'll bypass Rozenstruik’s defense to lay him out within two minutes.

Kattar is catching Stephens on the way down and -245 is a steal.
Though Stephens still has a good chin, his defense is porous and should give Kattar plenty of chances to land some heavy shots.
The only question will be if Kattar can take advantage of Stephens’ willingness to trade and score a stoppage. Otherwise, Kattar will comfortably win a decision and dominate the action from the onset.

Though Greg Hardy won’t be taken seriously as a major force in the heavyweight division, he has a more refined skill set than De Castro. Hardy has the perfect opponent to bounce back against, as De Castro has a limited tool kit and will stay right in Hardy’s range, with the hope he can bomb Hardy out first.
It will be a kill-or-be-killed kind of fight, but Hardy’s athleticism will get him out of trouble early, and he will rally to stop De Castro in the second.
