Usman is a heavy -400 favorite in his rematch with Masvidal, and it isn’t hard to understand why. "The Nigerian Nightmare" absolutely destroyed Masvidal during their first encounter on July 12, 2020, earning a unanimous decision.

Usman later scored a three-round TKO over Gilbert Burns in his subsequent fight on Feb. 13, 2021. That bloody bout earned him Performance of the Night honors as he knocked down Burns twice and connected on 61% of his significant strikes.
