Wednesday MLB preview: Phillies at Braves, Rays at Dodgers

Both the Phillies' Zach Eflin (8-12, 4.20 ERA) and the Braves' Julio Teheran (10-9, 3.50 ERA) fared poorly when they faced these respective lineups last week, so bettors can expect some offensive fireworks at SunTrust Park on Wednesday night.
Eflin labored through 3 2/3 innings against Atlanta on September 11, when he allowed three hits and three walks (and three unearned runs) on 95 pitches. This was far from an isolated incident for Eflin. He is 0-3 with an 11.57 ERA in three starts against the Braves this season (9 1/3 innings). Atlanta second baseman Ozzie Albies, who owns a 1.154 OPS over his last seven games, should be watched carefully.
