Wednesday MLB preview: Phillies at Braves, Rays at Dodgers
Philadelphia Phillies (77-72) at Atlanta Braves (93-59), 7:20 p.m. ET, ESPN
Team | Run Line | Moneyline | Total |

Philadelphia Phillies | +1.5 (-155) | +130 | Over 10 (-115) |
Atlanta Braves | -1.5 (+130) | -145 | Under 10 (-105) |
Both the Phillies' Zach Eflin (8-12, 4.20 ERA) and the Braves' Julio Teheran (10-9, 3.50 ERA) fared poorly when they faced these respective lineups last week, so bettors can expect some offensive fireworks at SunTrust Park on Wednesday night.
Eflin labored through 3 2/3 innings against Atlanta on September 11, when he allowed three hits and three walks (and three unearned runs) on 95 pitches. This was far from an isolated incident for Eflin. He is 0-3 with an 11.57 ERA in three starts against the Braves this season (9 1/3 innings). Atlanta second baseman Ozzie Albies, who owns a 1.154 OPS over his last seven games, should be watched carefully.
Teheran gave up five runs on five hits and a trio of walks when he faced Philadelphia on Thursday. Right fielder Bryce Harper didn't take Teheran deep that day, but he's done so eight times in the past (45 at-bats).

Tony Gonsolin (3-2, 2.83 ERA) and the Dodgers appear to have Brendan McKay (2-4, 5.27 ERA) and the Rays outmatched Wednesday night.
McKay owns a 7.62 ERA over his last seven starts, and he has failed to reach the sixth inning each time. His opponent batting average skyrockets from .213 the first time around the order to .289 the next time up. Shortstop Corey Seager is among the hottest bats in the Dodgers' dangerous lineup, as he is batting .321 over the past seven games with a pair of homers and 10 RBIs.
Gonsolin has been strong in three starts in L.A. this season, where he has allowed just two earned runs over 15 innings. Opponents are batting .120 against him in that scenario. The Rays have lost of four of their last six and are just 17th in runs per game this season.
