The ultimate Baseball Hall of Fame quiz
No club is more exclusive than the Baseball Hall of Fame. Only 235 players are enshrined in Cooperstown, which is less than 1% of the 19,000 men who have appeared in the big leagues since 1869.
The Hall is so notoriously choosy that perennial All-Stars like Dale Murphy, Don Mattingly, and Orel Hershiser are still waiting to be inducted despite racking up more hardware than Home Depot. Even legendary Yankees outfielder Joe DiMaggio was passed over twice before he was finally enshrined in 1955.
And don't get us started on Shoeless Joe Jackson and Pete Rose, who are on the outside looking in because of their extracurricular activities, or Barry Bonds and Sammy Sosa, who will likely only see the inside of the Hall of Fame if they buy a ticket first.
