By far the biggest The #22 Texas A&M Aggies look to stick with #1 Alabama as a huge road dog on Saturday, Sep. 22nd. Also on deck is #8 Notre Dame trying to maintain their top-10 ranking as they visit Wake Forest, as well as Wisconsin facing a tough, uphill battle against Iowa. Check out analysis for all the other great gridiron action in College Football Week 4 picks! All games listed below are scheduled for Saturday.

Arkansas Razorbacks at #11 Auburn Tigers -29.5 Auburn suffered a tough loss to LSU in Week 3, but if you’re an Auburn fan, there’s no need to worry. Playing Arkansas will make you feel better. The Razorbacks blew it big time in a 17-44 loss to North Texas as a -5.5 fave. Auburn should win by 40 on Saturday. College Football Week 4 Picks: Auburn -29.5  

#3 Georgia Bulldogs -14 at Missouri Tigers Missouri worked hard to take down Purdue on the road in Week 3 while Georgia blasted Middle Tennessee State 49-7. Although Georgia should win this game, Mizzou will put up a fight because they’ve got a great offense. Most college football handicappers like Georgia. Not me, I’m on the Missouri Tigers.

#22 Texas A&M Aggies at #1 Alabama Crimson Tide -27 Although A&M looked great losing by losing 26-28 against second ranked Clemson a couple of weeks ago, they might find it tough to stay close to Bama in Tuscaloosa. Alabama has scored 50 points or more in their first 3 games this season. Even if the Aggies can crack the Bama defensive code, they won’t keep up on the scoreboard. Alabama looks to be a juggernaut in this regard so the laying those points shouldn't scare you. The spread's that big for a very good reason.

College Football Week 4 Picks: Alabama -27

#8 Notre Dame Fighting Irish -7.5 at Wake Forest Demon Deacons Notre Dame had a tough game in Week 3 when they only beat Vanderbilt by 5 points. If this spread were any higher, I’d be on the Demon Deacons who can score points, but at only -7.5, I must side with the Irish because they’ve got a shutdown defense.

College Football Week 4 Picks: Notre Dame -7.5

#2 Clemson Tigers -16.5 at Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets I went to the trends in this game only because I wasn’t sure if Clemson could cover such a crazy spread. Turns out, Clemson is 4-1-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings while the home team is 6-1-1 in the last 8 meetings. This can go either way, and both teams are winless against the spread this season. There's a hope here that the Yellow Jackets profile as a team that plays up and down to the level of competition they face, and they're still putting up 32.7 points per game so far. I'll take my chances by taking the points.

College Football Week 4 Picks: Georgia Tech +16.5  

#17 TCU Horned Frogs -3.5 at Texas Longhorns TCU’s favored over Texas even though the Longhorns throttled a decent USC squad 37-14. TCU should beat Texas, but I’m not sure laying 3.5 points on a road team in a rivalry game is the way to go. My logical brain tells me that TCU is the play, my gut says go with Texas. I’ll go with my gut.

College Football Week 4 Pick: Texas +3.5

Louisiana Tech Bulldogs at #6 LSU Tigers -21 LSU hosts Louisiana Tech after a fantastic win over Auburn. The Tigers won’t lose, but it’s hard to lay 3 TDs after LSU played so well in a much more important game. I’m going with LSU for the win and LA Tech for the cover.

#16 Mississippi State Bulldogs -10 at Kentucky Wildcats College football handicappers are almost split 50/50 on who covers when Kentucky hosts Mississippi State. I like Kentucky’s defense, but Mississippi State has one of the top offenses in the nation. Offense wins out.

#16 Wisconsin Badgers -3.0 at Iowa Hawkeyes Man, that was some letdown for Wisconsin fans. Most everyone thought the Badgers could go undefeated this regular season, but it didn’t happen because in Week 3, BYU beat down the Badgers 24-21. Now, Wisconsin is painted in to a must-win corner where they need to take down rival Iowa as a -3 favorite on the road. The Hawkeyes are 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 home games, telling me that Wisconsin could lose again in Week 4. Iowa has always been a threat in these conference games against ranked opponents, and the oddsmakers are showing them tons of respect. You should too.

Arizona State Sun Devils at #12 Washington Huskies -17 Last week ASU ranked 23^rd on the coaches poll, but they’re not ranked anymore after dropping a game 21-28 to San Diego State. The Aztecs gave the Huskies a blueprint to beat ASU’s defense. Washington should demolish the Sun Devils.
