Tyson Fury vs. Dillian Whyte betting odds, preview, and pick
Titles and reputations will be on the line when Tyson Fury clashes with Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, April 23.
Let's examine their upcoming bout, beginning with the latest betting odds available.
Fury is planning a big exit
If recent news is to be believed, then Fury is looking to retire regardless of the outcome of this bout. Though most retirement talk from boxers in their prime is usually a non-starter, Fury has no intention of mailing it in for what could potentially be his last pro fight.
We’ve seen multiple shades of Fury’s game. He can be a slick boxer who utilizes his awkwardness and mobility to control the pace, or he can use his size as a powerful weapon. Fury has also shown that he has a strong chin and great recovery instincts, which were on full display throughout his trilogy with Deontay Wilder.

Whyte must make the most of his overdue title shot
It has been a long time coming for Whyte to challenge for a heavyweight title. Despite this being his first crack at a belt, he’s compiled one of the best resumes in the division and is a ferocious attacker.
He may not have Wilder’s brutish power, but he’s an explosive puncher who is well schooled and counters effectively in the pocket. We’ve seen Fury hurt by fighters smaller and less refined than Whyte. If the tough competition hasn’t caught up to him, he may be a formidable challenge for Fury.
Fury will narrowly edge out Whyte by decision
When it comes down to what could potentially beat Fury, Whyte exhibits all the attributes to get the job done. He’s athletic, he has explosive power, and he isn’t intimidated by Fury’s size. Unfortunately Whyte also has stretches of complacency where he’s vulnerable, and he can’t fight properly unless he sets the pace. While Fury’s defense may be overrated, he has exhibited a higher boxing IQ than Whyte, and he holds a distinct advantage in size and power.
We expect this to be another heavyweight war, and Fury should be able to pull ahead late and seal the deal with a knockdown to get the win on the cards. Despite being a decided underdog, Whyte is capable of pulling off the upset, but go with the champion on points in what should be a great fight.
